Acceptance of Terms

When you create an account, register for our programs, or simply browse our website, you're entering into a binding agreement with pyrathelios. We've tried to keep things straightforward, but legal documents need precision.

You confirm that you're at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you're accessing our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Choose a strong password and don't share it with anyone. We've seen too many cases where shared passwords lead to unwanted complications.

Account Security

Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contact@pyrathelios.com. We'll work with you to secure your account, but we can't be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use that you failed to report promptly.

Use of Services

Permitted Use

Our platform provides business growth education and resources. You may access course materials, participate in discussions, and use our tools for legitimate business learning purposes. Pretty straightforward stuff.

Prohibited Activities

Here's where we need to be clear about what crosses the line. You agree not to:

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal educational purposes. This doesn't transfer any ownership rights to you.

Your Content

When you post comments, share work in forums, or submit materials to our platform, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. If you submit copyrighted material without permission, that's on you, not us.

Payment Terms

Program fees are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is required before accessing paid content or services. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, pyrathelios and its directors, employees, and partners won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that can't be excluded under Australian law.

Termination

Termination by You

You can stop using our services at any time by closing your account through your account settings. For subscription services, cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties. We'll provide notice when practical, but immediate termination may be necessary in serious cases.

Upon termination, your right to access our services ends immediately. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to Terms

Assignment
